Madhulika’s Message
Welcome to the family of Bear Creek Lodge Learning Center, an educational day care in Forney, Texas.
I am Madhulika Varma, owner of the Red Brick Family. I have a Masters in Educational Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, along with professional diplomas in Early Childhood Care and Education from Singapore. Over the span of my career, I have played different roles including that of a teacher, trainer, parent and administrator. I have learned the importance of guiding students to nurture their own understanding of behaviors and concepts. I believe facilitating inquiry is one of the best ways teachers can raise student achievement. Modeling, allowing for processing time, and holding students accountable for their actions are all teaching strategies that I value.

Parents are always welcomed. Communication between your family and the Center is vital. We practice an “Open Door” policy and welcome your visits, comments and suggestions. It is important that we work together as partners and that we feel comfortable discussing your child’s needs. We look forward to a long and rewarding friendship with your child and family.
